To take strengths in the morning before big day in the Cévennes, take advantage of our pleasant terrace to have breakfast in the summer months.

Buffet breakfast at 9 euros : bread, croissants, pancakes, charcuterie, cheeses, eggs, butter, jams (home made, while stocks last), honey, stewed fruits, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, hot drinks, juices.

The breakfast is served from 8:00 am till 10:00 am the week and from 8:00 am till 10:30 am the weekends and holidays.

The formula of restoration “evening pension” is exclusively reserved for the customers of the hotel.
Valérie and Pascal will cook especially for you.

A simple and friendly cooking, of homemade small dishes to restore you in a pleasant setting.
The formula of restoration works only in the evening, on preliminary reservation. 8 on 10 places will be available at the most.
We use essentially fresh products. Therefore the reservation for the formula pension must be made 24 hours in advance, to be able to plan our supply to satisfy each.

Some examples of dishes: Gardianne of bull, beef bourguignon, knuckle of lamb, blanquette of veal, lasagnes in the meat and in the vegetables, the veal cutlets with cream sauce, etc… Grills in summer.

Also some local specialities: soup of the pumpkin and the sweet chestnut, the plate of from Cévennes delicatessen, being crusty of pélardon, the from Cévennes ice-cold cup, etc…

Formula evening pension: unique menu, starter, main course and dessert for 20 € except drinks (no menus à la carte). Subject to availability.
We selected for you a local range of organic wines.

The dinner is served between 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm in winter, between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm in summer, and of course outside as soon as the time allows it.
